Taste of Carrollwood (TOC)
CABA’s largest event of the year, CABA Presents Taste of Carrollwood, has attracted up to 5000 attendees to its annual event, held at state-of-the-art venues like George M. Steinbrenner Field and Raymond James Stadium.
CABA Presents Taste of Carrollwood typically features 100+ vendors (including 30+ restaurants) in an expo environment which includes special offers from local businesses and in-crowd entertainment. CABA’s taste event is the shop small and eat local event of the year for thousands of Tampa Bay residents.
Holiday Tree Lighting
Each December, CABA’s Community Outreach Committee collaborates with our Hillsborough County Parks & Recreation partners to celebrate the holidays with a lighted, decorated holiday tree in Northdale Park with the Northdale Civic Association and Northdale OWLS. The event includes sponsored tables that feature our CABA members who want to connect with our Community to grow their businesses and celebrate the holidays. We gather gifts and donations for a local charity and enjoy the giving season with our fantastic Community.
Trunk or Treat
CABA’s Community Outreach Committee partners with CABA members like the Northdale Civic Association and Gaither High School to provide children and families with a safe and fun place for Trick or Treating. CABA members sponsor parking spaces, where they promote their business to families while handing out treats for children of all ages. Costume contests (including costumed fur babies) have characterized our annual FREE AND FUN event.
Holiday After 5
CABA provides networking for members and guests throughout the year, but the Holiday After 5 is a bit more festive. Featuring musical entertainment, decorations, and raffles, the venue reflects the frivolity of the attendees who celebrate together. Do you like contests? How about an Ugly Sweater Contest? Do you like to dress up? Our attire ranges from holiday festive to a flash back to the 80’s. CABA always puts the fun in festive, and the Holiday After 5 celebrates our members who help CABA connect to our Community throughout the year.
Golf Classic
The CABA Golf Classic is held at a CABA member golf course for the benefit of CABA and a CABA member non-profit. It is a fun-packed day that kicks off with a box lunch, 18 holes of scramble play, contests, a silent auction, raffle prizes, and a Winners Circle Happy Hour: ALL FOR A GREAT CAUSE!
This event offers opportunities to market your business to fellow CABA members and to the community through many different sponsorships, and all members are invited to include their company’s promotional items in golfers’ goody bags.
